I practice a direct, empathic approach to psychotherapy, focusing on emotional and cognitive well-being. My training began serving low income adults, children, and families living with severe mental illness in the greater Los Angeles area. In addition to my therapy practice, I am a professor and Research Associate at Pacifica Graduate Institute and an amateur photographer.

I was called to this vocation by something greater than myself. For me, connecting with others through their mental health struggles continues to be a deeply life changing, transformative, and humbling experience.
